Recientemente, como ya vienen haciendo de forma regular, han sido publicados el Ministerio del Interior datos actualizados sobre las solicitudes y propuestas de resolución de protección internacional realizadas desde el 1 de enero hasta el 30 de noviembre de este año 2020. A continuación les ofrecemos un breve resumen sobre los datos publicados por el Ministerio de Interior.
1. Solicitudes presentadas:
Desde el 1 de enero hasta el 30 de noviembre del presente año se han solicitado un total de 84.705 solicitudes de protección internacional, de las cuales 27.351 fueron solicitadas por ciudadanos de origen venezolano, siguiéndoles muy de cerca los ciudadanos de origen colombiano con un total de 26.568 solicitudes. Por tanto, tenemos que la gran mayoría de solicitudes en este año 2020 han provenido de ciudadanos venezolanos y colombianos, cabe recordar que aunque muchas de las solicitudes de ciudadanos de origen venezolano son denegadas, al entenderse que concurren los requisitos exigidos para la condición de refugiados, desde el año 2019 se les está otorgando la residencia por razones humanitarias, dado a la grave crisis social, política y económica por la que atraviesa el país latinoamericano.
Con respecto a las provincias con más solicitudes presentadas, la provincia de Madrid se lleva el palmarés con 33.191 solicitudes, siguiéndole la provincia de Barcelona con 7.326 y Valencia con 6.733.
2. Propuestas de resolución:
En lo que concierne a las propuestas de resolución tan solo han resultado favorables 3.894 personas a las que se les ha reconocido el Estatuto de refugiado, y otras 1.233 a las que se les ha otorgado la Protección Subsidiaria, mientras que 62.351 solicitudes resultaron desfavorables. Los que más se han beneficiado de las resoluciones favorables son los nacionales de Nicaragua (963), Honduras (640) y Colombia (374). Por otra partes, los ciudadanos de origen colombiano colman las solicitudes desfavorables con 35.571, mas del 50% de éstas.
Un dato relevantes es que se le ha otorgado a 40.562 personas las Razones Humanitarias, de las cuales 40.265 son ciudadanos venezolanos, una gran noticia para los ciudadanos de este país, obteniendo los mismos una tasa de protección del 98.37%.
3. Perfiles de los solicitantes:
a. Origen geográfico:
En cuanto el origen geográfico de los solicitantes de protección internacional, como ya hemos mencionado anteriormente, los ciudadanos venezolanos son los que más solicitudes de protección internacional representando al 32,29% de solicitudes, un ligero descenso con respecto al año anterior, que representaron el 34,52% de solicitudes.
Por otra parte somos testigos de un repunte en las solicitudes de los ciudadanos colombianos quienes en lo que va de año 2020 representan el 31,37% de solicitudes, un incremento significativo con respecto año anterior que representaron el 24,83%.
b. Género:
Con respecto al género de los solicitantes, los hombres suponen la mayoría de solicitantes en lo que va del año 2020, representando al 52,97%, aunque se reduce la distancia con respecto al año 2019, donde representaron el 54,56% de solicitudes de protección internacional.
c. Edad:
Por último, con respecto a la edad de los solicitantes, la mayoría de estos se ubican en el rango de los 18 a los 34 años, suponiendo estos el 48,66% de los solicitantes, seguidos por las personas entre los 35 y 64 años, que representan el 31,75 %.
